PXP Financial has announced the launch of Compelling Evidence 3.0 and Order Insight, developed in collaboration with DisputeHelp.
According to FinTech Finance, these solutions represent a strategic evolution in fraud prevention, aimed at combating first-party fraud and reducing chargebacks, thus safeguarding merchant revenue and enhancing customer trust.
The new product stems from a need to provide merchants with more robust tools to handle the increasing challenges of first-party fraud. By integrating Visa’s OI & CE3.0 framework, PXP Financial is able to offer an expanded suite of services that enhances fraud prevention capabilities.
PXP Financial specializes in payment processing, fraud management, and data analysis. Their solutions are designed to streamline payment operations and secure merchant transactions across various platforms.
The core functionality of OI & CE3.0 focuses on preventing financial losses associated with first-party fraud by shifting liability back to the issuer when compelling evidence is provided. This framework is essential for reducing operational disruptions and overhead costs for merchants.
In addition to fraud prevention, OI & CE3.0 addresses several merchant pain points: including enhanced chargeback management, operational efficiency, and the reduction of false declines. These features collectively improve transaction approval rates and protect merchant profitability.
This initiative is part of a broader strategy to adapt to changes in Visa’s dispute monitoring framework. With the upcoming Visa Acquirer Monitoring Program (VAMP), PXP Financial and DisputeHelp are equipping their clients with tools necessary to remain compliant and minimize financial disruptions.
Kasia Gruszka, senior scheme manager at PXP Financial, said: “This is an exciting development that has enabled PXP Financial to integrate OI & CE3.0 into our payment processing platform, providing merchants with an end-to-end solution that includes fraud prevention, transaction tracking, and chargeback management. We are proud to have already successfully embedded OI & CE3.0 into our existing ecosystem and to now provide merchants with holistic fraud prevention solutions that go far beyond industry standards.”
Bart Szypkowski, chief revenue officer at DisputeHelp, added: “As industry leaders, DisputeHelp brings its expertise in deploying and supporting OI & CE3.0, and ensuring the solutions meet Visa’s standards and requirements. OI & CE3.0 are game-changers in first-party fraud prevention in that they enable merchants to shift liability back to the card issuer if they can provide proof of two prior legitimate transactions with the same payment credentials – providing indisputable evidence of an existing customer-merchant relationship.”
