AI identity platform ConductorOne secures $79m Series B

ConductorOne raises $79m for AI-native identity security

ConductorOne, the world’s first AI-native identity security platform, has raised $79m in a Series B funding round to scale its operations and enhance its technology.

The round was led by Greycroft, with participation from CrowdStrike Falcon Fund, Accel, Felicis Ventures, and other existing investors. This latest raise brings ConductorOne’s total funding to over $100m to date.

Based in the US, ConductorOne specialises in providing unified identity security for modern enterprises. Its platform has been designed to manage and protect human, non-human, and AI identities at scale. The company is trusted by a range of major enterprises, including Zscaler, Ramp, and DoorDash, as it helps replace outdated legacy systems with advanced, AI-native solutions.

The new funds will be used to accelerate product innovation, strengthen its enterprise adoption, and expand its team globally. ConductorOne plans to enhance its platform with expanded AI-driven automation, analytics dashboards, and directory management capabilities. These upgrades aim to improve visibility, streamline compliance, and eliminate manual tasks through automation that delivers up to a 95% reduction in IT effort for access requests.

ConductorOne’s platform integrates identity governance and administration (IGA), identity and access management (IAM), and privileged access management (PAM) into one system. By leveraging automation and AI from its foundation, it enables enterprises to maintain least-privilege access, enforce fine-grained controls, and automate user access reviews across all infrastructure.

Greycroft partner Marcie Vu will join the ConductorOne board as part of the investment, bringing over 25 years of experience in AI and technology advisory.

Vu said, “As AI-driven application and agent development increases and enterprises wrangle with an exponential number of identities, identity management has never been more complex. ConductorOne’s AI-first approach is exactly what companies need to navigate these challenges. With Alex and Paul’s deep identity domain expertise and ConductorOne’s customer-obsessed culture, this team is uniquely positioned to take on this massive opportunity.

ConductorOne co-founder and CEO Alex Bovee said, “The AI era has fundamentally reshaped identity security. The scale of identity sprawl is beyond what today’s organizations and solutions can handle and only growing more complex.

“This AI-driven complexity can only be managed with AI-native solutions that can scale and automate at the same pace. This funding supports our mission to build the first AI-native identity security platform that secures every identity—human, non-human, and AI—so companies can move faster, safer.”
