Auditocity raises $2m seed round to revolutionise HR compliance audits

Auditocity, a woman-owned, minority-owned HR technology company, has raised a $2m seed round.

The company was founded by Dr. Gia Wiggins and provides automated HR diagnostics and compliance auditing tools that help organisations identify risks, standardise best practices and achieve operational excellence.

The seed round will fuel the next phase of growth as the company expands access to smarter, faster and more proactive HR audits across the country.

Auditocity was born from nearly three decades of hands-on HR leadership and consulting. After 27 years of helping companies navigate compliance chaos, Founder Dr. Wiggins saw a critical gap: organisations were buried in manual audits, outdated spreadsheets and reactive HR processes. Auditocity was built to change that.

The product offers new features and capabilities enabled by the seed funding, including full 50-state plus municipal compliance coverage built into every audit; “Enterprise & Consulting Editions” for large organisations and consulting firms; multi-client management tools for service providers; AI-powered insights offering real-time risk detection and predictive analytics; an external-facing AI chat allowing customers to interact with audit findings, receive recommendations and explore compliance insights; issue-complexity scoring to prioritise remediation; embedded education via “Auditocity University”; and system upgrades for enhanced user controls, reminders, speed and security.

Users of Auditocity reportedly save up to 60% of the time typically spent on manual audit preparation, allowing HR leaders to focus on people and performance rather than paperwork. The platform is used for scenarios including M&A due diligence, portfolio-company compliance for VC firms and enterprise-level HR alignment across multiple locations.

Auditocity is built in Alabama and is scaling nationally.

Dr. Wiggins said, “Auditocity was designed to make compliance less about fear and more about empowerment. Our goal is to help HR professionals and leaders see what’s happening in real time and to catch issues early, take action faster, and build healthier, more transparent workplaces.”
