Bluefin has announced a strategic partnership with Cassa Centrale Raiffeisen, a leading South Tyrol banking institution, ICIT, an independent software vendor (ISV), and Worldline, a global payments provider listed on Euronext.
The partnership aims to deliver advanced payment and data security to All-In-One (AIO) payment devices across the South Tyrol region of Italy. By joining forces, the companies intend to support the area’s growing hospitality, retail and tourism sectors with innovative and secure transaction solutions.
Bluefin, known for its expertise in validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) solutions, will bring robust security infrastructure to the partnership. Cassa Centrale Raiffeisen, which provides financial services for Raiffeisen Banks in South Tyrol, brings deep knowledge of regional business needs. ICIT contributes innovative software development, while Worldline offers secure and scalable payment processing services tailored to the Italian market.
The collaboration is designed to not only facilitate the rollout of AIO payment systems in the region but also to lay the groundwork for future solutions in unattended and e-commerce payments. Merchants in South Tyrol will benefit from a comprehensive offering that enhances customer experience and streamlines payment processes.
The announcement highlights the strategic importance of South Tyrol, an economically vibrant and tourism-driven area, as an ideal launchpad for modern payment infrastructure. With its strong retail and hospitality presence, the region is well-positioned to take advantage of integrated solutions that combine payment efficiency with the highest security standards.
Bluefin senior vice president, Europe, Cheng Chieh Chen said, “At Bluefin, we are excited to collaborate with leading players and ISVs to deliver validated P2PE solutions across Europe and all global regions. Together with Cassa Centrale Raiffeisen, ICIT and Worldline, we are committed to transforming the payment landscape in South Tyrol by delivering payment innovation, security, and enhanced customer experiences to this vibrant market.”

Thus, we contribute to the economic development of our province.”
