Actualization.ai, a cybersecurity solutions provider, has been awarded a $70,000 non-dilutive grant by CyberBay, a Tampa Bay-based cybersecurity ecosystem, for its SquarePact solution at the CyberBay Summit 2026.
The grant was awarded through the CyberBay Innovation Challenge, which was designed to identify viable, near-term cybersecurity solutions that can be deployed in real-world environments. The award was funded by Bellini Capital.
Actualization.ai was selected following live pitches from three finalist companies, which also included HACKsee and RedShield. The finalists were evaluated by a panel of leaders from the Tampa funding community: Amit Agrawal, director of investor relations & platform operations at Tampa Bay Wave; Dr Tim R. Holcomb, chief executive officer of Embarc Collective; and Zach Brodsky, senior associate at Florida Funders.
Actualization.ai was recognised for its targeted approach of selling SquarePact into Managed Service Providers and for demonstrating a strong understanding of related markets. The solution’s focus on reducing costs for small and medium businesses was seen as closely aligned with the Innovation Challenge’s goal of democratising cybersecurity.
Manish Agrawal said, “The next generation of cybersecurity innovation won’t succeed if it only works for the biggest companies with the biggest budgets. This challenge is about identifying solutions that are usable, affordable, and ready to meet organizations where they are today.”
