Napier AI strengthens leadership with Stacy Lowe hire

Napier AI has appointed Stacy Lowe as its new chief people officer to drive the company’s global expansion and support its growing workforce.

The London-based RegTech, which provides AI-driven financial crime compliance solutions, said Lowe will play a crucial role in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent across its international operations.

The company delivers advanced anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime compliance software to financial institutions, payment providers, and wealth and asset management firms.

Through its flagship platform, Napier AI Continuum, the company helps organisations transform compliance from a regulatory obligation into a competitive advantage. More than 100 institutions worldwide rely on Napier AI’s technology to strengthen their compliance frameworks and reduce exposure to financial crime.

Lowe will lead the firm’s global people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition and employee development across the UK, Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Her role also includes supporting Napier AI’s workforce in the wake of the company’s acquisition by Marlin Equity Partners, ensuring continued alignment with its expansion goals.

Bringing significant experience in human resources and leadership, Lowe previously served as director of HR practice at private equity firm Aurelius. Her earlier career includes senior roles at Citeline, a Norstella company, as well as Taylor & Francis and Informa Business Intelligence, both divisions of Informa Plc.

Napier AI chief people officer Stacy Lowe said, “Having had great experiences working across people teams, business intelligence and fintechs, I’m excited to join the Napier AI team to support the company’s global growth ambition.

“The way businesses scale through both organic growth and acquisitions is a fascinating journey, constantly building on market understanding and working closely with people to drive innovation and solve industry pain points. Napier AI’s people will be at the centre of this growth journey and I’m looking forward to championing the fight against financial crime through our people.”

Her appointment follows a string of senior hires at Napier AI, including Noel King as chief technology officer, Kenneth Paqvalén as chief financial officer, and Adam Flowers as chief revenue officer.

Napier AI CEO Greg Watson said, “We are delighted to have Stacy join the team, bringing invaluable expertise in people and HR strategies. As Napier AI continues to scale across the globe, Stacy will play a pivotal role in supporting our people and enhancing the lines of communication across the business to ensure employees are heard. It’s an incredibly exciting time for the company and we’re doubling down on our investment in people, innovation and fighting financial crime.”
