Quantifind secures critical defense contracts to fortify US supply chains

Quantifind has solidified its role within the U.S. DoD by securing two strategic contracts aimed at enhancing national security.

These agreements are set to fortify America’s defense supply chains against foreign infiltration, leveraging Quantifind’s advanced technology to ensure the integrity of the Defense Industrial Base.

The first contract marks a continuation of Quantifind’s four-year collaboration with the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), focusing on automating the vendor vetting process. This involves batch screening of contract applicants and ongoing risk posture monitoring of DIU’s vendors. The second contract enhances the capabilities of the Office of Commercial and Economic Analysis (OCEA) by integrating Quantifind’s technology to analyze unstructured data, aiding in the evaluation of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) applicants. This helps identify hidden foreign ownership and potential criminal or fraudulent activities.

“Quantifind’s ability to uncover complex relationships between entities from unstructured data is unparalleled. It will add to OCEA’s efforts to build a central platform for vendor vetting in DoD,” OCEA Director Jeff Hubert stated.

The expansion of Quantifind’s technology from financial services to government use underscores its versatility and critical role in safeguarding national interests. Initially developed for KYC and AML applications in Tier 1 U.S. banks, the technology’s adaptation for national security highlights its effectiveness in dual-use commercial environments.

“Applying Quantifind’s Risk Intelligence Platform in a dual-use commercial environment is a huge source of pride. We are pleased to support the US government’s mission to protect its industrial base and help eliminate foreign intrusion that threatens the security of America, its allies, and partners,” co-founder and CEO Dr. Ari Tuchman commented.

Quantifind’s platform significantly reduces false positives by 75% and boosts investigative efficiency by 50%, providing essential support in the face of increasing foreign threats from adversaries like China and Russia. The technology’s real-time data analysis capabilities are crucial in delivering trusted, actionable intelligence that enhances the U.S.’s defensive strategies.
