Red Oak, the only Compliance Connectivity Platform serving the financial services sector, has announced a major expansion of its leadership team.

The company has appointed Allison Dancy as chief marketing officer, alongside key new hires across revenue operations, engineering, and programme management.

Red Oak provides a specialised compliance technology platform that enables marketing teams in highly regulated industries to streamline review processes, ensure regulatory alignment, and accelerate time-to-market. The platform supports investment firms, insurance providers, and wealth management companies in navigating complex compliance requirements.

Allison Dancy steps into the CMO role, bringing more than 20 years of enterprise marketing leadership experience across SaaS, FinTech, and professional services. Reporting directly to CEO Dave Dutch, Dancy will lead the company’s brand strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and pipeline development as Red Oak continues to expand.

Before joining Red Oak, Dancy held CMO roles at Billd, Kibo Commerce, and OneTouchPoint. She has a strong track record in aligning marketing strategies with business growth, leading rebrands, managing product launches, and integrating acquisitions. Her expertise in marketing execution in regulated sectors positions her as a key driver of Red Oak’s next growth phase.

Red Oak has also added several other senior leaders to its team. Julie Springer has been named vice president of programme management, bringing over 15 years of experience in operational delivery and strategic execution. She has previously led cross-functional teams focused on growth enablement and marketing operations.

Stacey Ledbetter joins as director of revenue operations, offering over a decade of expertise in operational transformation. Most recently, she held leadership positions at Brightly and PointClickCare, where she led business operations and enhanced sales efficiency.

Christy Stout has been appointed director of engineering. She previously served as director of engineering at Bazaarvoice, where she managed a team of 50 engineers and led projects across web application development, data pipeline optimisation, and AI/ML integration.

Red Oak co-founder and chief engagement officer Cathy Vasilev said, “Seeing this caliber of leadership choose Red Oak is deeply gratifying. What started as a focused compliance technology solution has evolved into a comprehensive platform powering connectivity and scale for the financial services ecosystem. These leaders will help us move even faster—and serve our clients even better.”

The latest appointments come on the heels of Red Oak’s recent acquisition of 4U Platform and underscore the company’s strategy to scale responsibly. The additions support Red Oak’s ambition to align top talent with the evolving needs of regulated industries facing rising operational risk and regulatory scrutiny.

Red Oak remains committed to its mission of delivering connected, compliant, and AI-powered solutions that help clients communicate with confidence and accelerate go-to-market efforts.

Red Oak CEO Dave Dutch said, “Allison brings a clarity of vision and a precision of execution that build on Red Oak’s market leading position. She understands how to activate marketing as a growth engine—especially in highly regulated industries—and we are fortunate to have her on the team.”
