Trustfull launches Trustfull Session to fight AI fraud

Trustfull has unveiled Trustfull Session, a risk intelligence solution designed to distinguish real users from malicious actors — whether human or bot — without impacting the experience of legitimate users or trusted AI agents.

The launch of Trustfull Session comes at a crucial time for digital businesses facing an increasingly complex security challenge. Between Q1 2024 and Q1 2025, cyberattacks surged by 47%, while legitimate AI agents are simultaneously driving unprecedented engagement across websites.

With AI-assisted online shopping alone projected to grow 520% year-on-year during the 2025 US holiday season, companies must find a balance between preventing fraud and supporting new automation-driven interactions.

Trustfull is known for its cutting-edge fraud prevention solutions that help businesses detect and stop threats in real time while maintaining a seamless user experience. The company focuses on providing frictionless digital security for organisations across industries that rely heavily on online interactions, from e-commerce and banking to digital marketplaces and SaaS providers.

Trustfull Session introduces a sophisticated, multi-layered approach to risk detection, combining advanced analytics and behavioural insights to instantly flag high-risk sessions across web, mobile, and API environments. The product continuously monitors and scores every session, identifying anomalies without leaving any detectable trace for attackers to manipulate or bypass.

Unlike traditional fraud defences that depend on CAPTCHAs, user challenges, or intrusive fingerprinting, Trustfull Session operates via a lightweight JavaScript SDK that runs silently in the background. This enables businesses to block bad actors — whether bot-driven or human-led — in real time while maintaining optimal performance for genuine users.

The system’s layered design leverages several key technologies, including real-time bot analysis, behavioural biometrics, device spoofing detection, and network intelligence. These combined capabilities allow the platform to detect emulators, headless browsers, cloned environments, and suspicious IP activity such as VPN or proxy usage — all without introducing friction to legitimate traffic.

Trustfull CEO Marko Maras said, “The way that users interact with businesses online, or simply search for information, is changing at a rapid pace. As AI agents continue to gain traction and AI-powered fraud becomes more sophisticated, businesses need advanced tools to accurately distinguish between good and bad users. By stopping fraudsters in real time without slowing down legitimate users and trusted agents, we are helping businesses seize the opportunities of today’s evolving digital landscape while staying safe.”
