Woven Solutions, a Reston, Virginia-based engineering firm specialising in cloud-native software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, and data solutions, has secured a strategic investment from private equity firm Falfurrias Management Partners.
The funding, drawn from Falfurrias Capital Partners VI, will provide Woven with capital, resources, and strategic support.
Woven builds scalable, secure, and mission-critical systems for government and enterprise clients.
Its work spans AI and machine learning integration, cloud infrastructure modernisation, CI/CD automation, security-first software development, and both defensive and offensive cyber capabilities. The company’s proprietary products include Platform+, a scalable cloud-agnostic environment to accelerate enterprise technology deployment, and Lumen AI, a serverless tool enabling users to leverage AI for intelligence publishing and referencing.
The investment will be used to deepen Woven’s technical innovation, develop new tools and solutions, maintain its engineering excellence, and explore strategic acquisitions.
The partnership is designed to preserve Woven’s people-first culture and technical DNA while enabling greater mission impact and scalability.
