Noma Security, a fast-growing AI cybersecurity company focused on agent and AI governance, has raised $100m in Series B funding as it continues to expand its leadership in the enterprise AI security space.
The round was led by Evolution Equity Partners, with additional backing from Ballistic Ventures and Glilot Capital, both of which participated in previous rounds.
Founded in stealth and emerging in November 2024, Noma Security offers a unified platform designed to help enterprises manage the risks of agentic AI. Its platform allows organisations to identify, prioritise and mitigate risks posed by AI models and autonomous agents across cloud environments, code repositories and AI development platforms.
The latest funding will be used to scale Noma Security’s operations in North America and EMEA. It will also support growth in its Tel Aviv-based product, research and development teams. Additionally, the company plans to further accelerate innovation in its platform to keep pace with the growing adoption of AI agents in enterprise settings.
Noma Security has seen rapid traction since its public launch, increasing its annual recurring revenue by over 1,300% in the past year. The company boasts a customer base that includes leaders in financial services, life sciences, retail and technology. One enterprise customer reportedly processes hundreds of millions of AI prompts each month using the platform.
This latest investment comes amid heightened focus from CISOs on AI security. UBS Research forecasts that 53% of companies will adopt agentic AI by 2026, with 83% implementing AI agents by 2028—further reinforcing the need for secure and compliant adoption strategies.
Evolution Equity Partners founder and managing partner Richard Seewald said, “We are intimately familiar with the AI security category and chose to invest in Noma Security based on two main factors. First, the Noma Security founding team had the foresight to build a comprehensive AI security and governance platform to address all CISO challenges related to AI security. Second, as evidenced by rapid customer growth, Noma Security quickly found product-market fit within the enterprise CISO’s organization with a solution for agentic AI security and governance.”
Noma Security CEO and co-founder Niv Braun said, “AI agent adoption is exploding within our customer base and CISOs understand that AI innovation must be thoughtfully deployed with full guardrails. Noma Security is the only cybersecurity vendor to offer an end-to-end platform purpose-built to identify and mitigate the uniquely advanced risks of agentic AI.
“Alongside our customers and partners we built the most-comprehensive security and governance solution for both AI and agents. We’re thrilled to partner with Evolution Equity Partners as we continue to lead the enterprise AI security category and help our customers deliver AI innovation with confidence.”
No previous funding figures were disclosed in the announcement, but the company noted that this round follows a prior investment within the past year, reinforcing Noma Security’s status as one of the fastest-growing players in the AI security market.
