Notice Ninja has appointed RegTech veteran Paul Banker to its advisory board, as the company continues to accelerate innovation across its IDP and AI-powered platform, supporting larger enterprises in reducing penalties and streamlining regulatory workflows.
Founded to modernise how organisations handle tax and compliance-related correspondence, Notice Ninja provides an automated platform that helps businesses manage regulatory notices more efficiently. The company’s technology is designed to replace manual, reactive processes with structured, data-driven workflows, enabling finance and compliance teams to reduce risk, improve response times, and maintain regulatory oversight across complex operating environments.
Paul Banker brings more than 20 years of experience in RegTech and compliance leadership to his new role. He currently serves as strategic advisor to the CEO at Sovos, beginning in 2025, where he focuses on shaping growth strategies, strengthening client relationships, and guiding internal teams on long-term strategic direction. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, holding a BA in Accounting.
In addition to his corporate leadership background, Banker has contributed to global policy development through his involvement with the OECD’s CRS Business Advisory Group and the IRS Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee. These roles have positioned him at the intersection of regulatory policy and enterprise compliance operations, giving him a broad perspective on how regulation continues to evolve across jurisdictions.
At Notice Ninja, Banker will advise on product roadmap, market expansion, and enterprise go-to-market strategies. He will also participate in strategic client account reviews with a focus towards product strategy and customer satisfaction, serve as a mentor to the company’s leadership team, and advocate for Notice Ninja across the markets it serves. The appointment reflects Notice Ninja’s ambition to scale its platform for larger enterprises and embed deeper strategic insight into its product and market development.
The move comes at a time when regulatory complexity is increasing for CFOs and compliance teams, particularly around tax reporting, cross-border obligations, and information transparency. By strengthening its advisory board, Notice Ninja aims to enhance its ability to support organisations looking to transition from reactive compliance management to more proactive, automated operations.
Notice Ninja CEO and cofounder Amanda Reineke said, “We are thrilled to welcome Paul Banker to our Advisory Board. His exceptional track record in RegTech, deep operational and financial acumen, and experience advising global compliance policy initiatives align perfectly with our mission. Paul’s strategic insights will be invaluable as we scale our platform and empower organizations to stay ahead in an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.”
Paul Banker said, “Notice Ninja is redefining how businesses manage tax and compliance relevant notices. Turning reactive compliance into streamlined proactive operations and filling a longstanding void in the Office of the CFO. I’m excited to support the team as we scale and innovate solutions that reduce risk and drive efficiency for our clients.”
