Red Oak, a RegTech provider focused on modern compliance connectivity for financial services firms, has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Kirk Sadler as chief product officer.

Its platform is built to support firms navigating increasingly fragmented communications, supervision, and regulatory requirements, particularly as digital channels continue to expand.
In his new role, Sadler will work cross-functionally across Red Oak’s engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership teams, with responsibility for shaping product strategy, setting roadmap priorities, and driving measurable return on investment for both existing and future clients. The appointment comes as Red Oak enters its next phase of growth, with an increased focus on scalability, platform innovation, and long-term customer value.
Sadler brings more than two decades of product management experience building and scaling B2B enterprise software across multiple markets. His background includes leading product organisations through periods of sustained organic growth, as well as guiding teams through six acquisitions. At Red Oak, he will be tasked with ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with the operational and regulatory demands facing modern financial services firms.
Prior to joining Red Oak, Sadler spent nearly ten years at Mitratech, where he served as vice president of product. During his tenure, he architected solutions for legal, risk, and compliance professionals across the Global 1000, with a particular emphasis on highly regulated industries. His experience spans the design of complex, end-to-end workflows and the development of integrated product and engineering functions capable of supporting enterprise-scale deployments.
Sadler’s expertise in building product engines that deliver across interconnected compliance and risk workflows closely aligns with Red Oak’s strategic direction, including the continued development of its Compliance Connectivity Platform and Compliance-Grade AI™ capabilities. The company has been positioning its technology to help firms better manage supervision, reduce operational friction, and respond more effectively to regulatory scrutiny.
