Circadence, a leader in AI-driven cyber readiness and advanced cyber range solutions, has closed a $16.4m investment round led by Seneca Partners, coinciding with the launch of two new products: RangeGPT and Project Ares GEN3.
The round, which follows strong revenue growth and accelerating adoption across defence and enterprise markets, will be used to accelerate product innovation, expand global go-to-market execution, and deepen strategic partnerships across the United States, Asia Pacific, and allied markets.
The investment reflects confidence in Circadence’s AI architecture, expanding contract footprint, and growing relevance in national security and mission-critical enterprise environments.
RangeGPT is Circadence’s AI-native cyber readiness intelligence engine, built for accelerated threat evolution. Using large language models and adaptive scenario synthesis, it enables real-time creation of complex cyber environments that mirror actual networks, tools, and adversary tactics. The technology converts expert knowledge into deployable digital infrastructure at machine speed, compressing timelines from months to hours. Beyond training, RangeGPT also powers digital twin modelling, advanced threat simulation, and vulnerability discovery across enterprise and defence architectures.
Project Ares GEN3 is the next evolution of Circadence’s cyber learning platform, built on cloud-native architecture and developed using AI-accelerated engineering methodologies. It delivers immersive live-fire cyber training and operational assessment at scale, with integrated analytics offering real-time visibility into readiness levels and performance gaps.
Together, RangeGPT and Project Ares GEN3 enable on-demand generation of mission-tailored cyber scenarios aligned to cyber protection team requirements and individualised training pathways.
