IDnow and Trustfull partner for continuous fraud prevention

IDnow, Europe’s leading identity verification platform provider, and Trustfull, a frictionless fraud prevention technology firm, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at delivering continuous, end-to-end fraud prevention beyond the point of onboarding.

The collaboration combines IDnow’s identity verification capabilities with Trustfull’s real-time digital and behavioural intelligence, enabling organisations to build a continuously evolving view of each user.

The partnership moves businesses beyond one-time know-your-customer (KYC) checks toward dynamic, ongoing risk assessment across the full customer lifecycle — from detecting synthetic identities at onboarding to identifying behavioural anomalies and account takeover attempts over time.

Central to the partnership is the IDnow Trust Platform, which provides unified access to a broad range of identity verification methods and fraud signals. Through real-time correlation of identity, behavioural, device, and digital data, the platform enables risk-based decisioning at every stage of the customer journey.

Trustfull supports this by verifying digital attributes in real time — including email, phone, device, IP, and browser data — allowing organisations to flag risk indicators such as disposable credentials, device spoofing, and proxy usage commonly associated with sophisticated fraud schemes.

The platform is also built to support compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks, including eIDAS 2.0, AMLR, and PSD3, offering businesses a streamlined route to ongoing regulatory alignment.

IDnow is Europe’s leader in digital identity and fraud prevention, offering AI-driven, SaaS-based identity solutions designed to deliver scalable security, adaptive compliance, and real-time fraud prevention. The company maintains offices in Germany, the United Kingdom, Romania, and France, and counts institutional investors including Corsair Capital among its backers. Its client portfolio spans financial services, telecommunications, travel and mobility, gaming, and other sectors.

IDnow VP of global partners & international sales Simon Peralta said, “The threat landscape has never been more complex as fraud can occur at any stage of the customer journey. By bringing together high-quality signals from partners like Trustfull within a single platform, we give our customers a single source of truth for risk decisions, without the complexity of managing multiple vendor relationships.”

Trustfull SVP global partnerships Alex Tonello said, “Our partnership with IDnow reflects a growing industry need for multi-layered fraud prevention, where identity verification is combined with broader digital intelligence to deliver stronger protection for businesses. We are pleased to join forces with such a leading player in the digital identity space and look forward to building powerful solutions together.”
