AI firm Cyberhill Partners secures $11m Baleon Capital raise

Cyberhill Partners, a professional services firm specialising in enterprise artificial intelligence solutions for Fortune 500 companies and US government agencies, has secured a strategic investment of up to $11m from Baleon Capital.

The funding will be used to expand Cyberhill’s go-to-market organisation, grow its engineering and delivery teams, and accelerate solution development — all in service of scaling its flagship AI Factory offering.

The company positions itself as a bridge between consumer-grade AI tools, which it argues fall short of enterprise requirements, and large-scale platform implementations that can take years and cost millions. Its AI Factory is designed to deliver enterprise-ready AI within weeks, drawing on experience the firm accumulated deploying AI systems inside some of the US government’s most secure and operationally complex environments.

The result is what Cyberhill describes as enterprise AI-in-a-box: pre-built solutions incorporating security, data governance, and traceability features, alongside advanced capabilities such as automated ontologies and knowledge graphs.

The backdrop to the raise is a market under considerable strain. Enterprise AI spending is projected to exceed $3tn by 2027, according to Gartner, yet research from MIT suggests that 95% of AI projects still fail to reach production — a gap between investment and execution that Cyberhill says its model is built to close.

Cyberhill Partners founder and CEO Rob Buller said, “Enterprises don’t need more AI tools. They need AI that actually works in their environment, with their data, under their security requirements. That’s exactly what we built. This investment lets us bring it to more organizations, faster.”

Baleon Capital managing partner Shane Kim said, “Most AI vendors sell tools. Cyberhill delivers results. Context is everything — models are commodities, but proprietary data architectures and domain-specific ontologies are the moat. Cyberhill’s embedded AI solutions prove it works in the most demanding environments. Speed to value, not speed to pilot. That’s the difference.”
