Can bundled compliance fix property chain fragmentation?

Armalytix

Armalytix, a property FinTech focused on financial verification, has unveiled its Complete Compliance Bundles, a new product designed to consolidate the compliance process across the entire property transaction chain.

According to Financial Reporter, the bundles allow firms to combine digital identity, source of funds, anti-money laundering (AML), fraud and affordability checks into a single structured journey. These can be configured to reflect the particular requirements of home movers at distinct stages of the transaction process.

The product replaces the fragmented approach currently common across property transactions, where home movers are frequently asked to submit the same information multiple times to different parties through separate systems. According to Armalytix, this duplication slows down transactions and introduces inconsistency across the chain. The new solution encodes the compliance journey into one digital process, removing the need for multiple forms, emails and requests.

Estate agents, brokers, lenders and conveyancers can all draw from the same verified information base, creating greater consistency across the parties involved in a transaction. The launch extends Armalytix’s existing work in conveyancing into broader workflows covering estate agency, mortgage and lending processes, enabling financial verification to begin earlier in the transaction lifecycle.

Armalytix provides digital compliance infrastructure for the property sector, helping professionals carry out the verification checks required at various points during a property sale or purchase.

The company said the launch reflects a broader shift in the property market towards more coordinated financial verification, driven by increased regulatory scrutiny and operational pressure on firms to reduce delays and minimise transaction fall-throughs.

Armalytix head of sales Alex Mangan said: “Property professionals are under pressure to keep transactions moving, while home movers are often asked for the same information multiple times. That creates frustration on both sides. Complete Compliance is about simplifying that experience, giving firms a clearer, more structured way to verify transactions, and making the process easier for the people going through it.”
