OX Security, a cybersecurity company specialising in application security solutions, has raised $60m in a Series B funding round.
The investment was led by DTCP, with participation from Swisscom Ventures, IBM, Evolution Equity Partners, Microsoft, and Team8. This latest round brings OX’s total funding to $94m to date.
Founded in 2021 by Neatsun Ziv and Lior Arzi, OX Security was created in response to the SolarWinds attack. The company’s platform focuses on addressing a critical weakness in traditional AppSec tools—helping security teams not only identify vulnerabilities but determine which ones actually matter. At the heart of its offering is proprietary Code Projection technology, which analyses code behaviour in real-world environments and evaluates factors such as reachability, exploitability, and business impact.
With this new funding, OX aims to accelerate product innovation, broaden its global presence, and deepen its impact in helping enterprises shift from reactive security models to proactive, measurable risk reduction. The company also plans to expand its AI capabilities, introducing agentic code review that mimics the decision-making skills of top security engineers.
Over the past year, OX has experienced significant momentum, reaching $10m in sales and tripling its customer base. The platform is currently trusted by more than 200 organisations, including Microsoft, IBM, eToro, and SoFi.
