usecure, a human risk management platform for MSPs and internal IT teams, has closed its Series A funding round with growth equity firm Kennet Partners.
The investment was led by Kennet Partners, known for backing founder-led, bootstrapped B2B SaaS businesses, and follows the launch of Kennet VI, a €266m fund targeting the growth of high-potential software companies.
Founded in 2016, usecure offers a cybersecurity platform that helps MSPs and internal IT teams reduce human cyber risk through automated employee training, phishing simulations and human risk analytics. Its solutions are available globally through major cloud distributors and marketplaces, currently serving over 400,000 end-users.
The new capital will support usecure’s plans to accelerate global expansion, drive product innovation, and enhance partner-focused service delivery. The company will invest in developing next-generation human risk management tools and behaviour analytics, while growing its team.
The company’s model is designed to help organisations tackle human cyber risk, a growing concern as attacks increasingly target employees as a weak point in defences. usecure’s partner-first, scalable approach aims to help businesses reduce human error and strengthen their security posture.
