SEON, the AI Command Center for fraud prevention and AML compliance, has promoted Donna Fowler to the role of chief people officer as the firm continues its global expansion.
Fowler steps up from her previous position as senior vice president of global people and talent, a period in which the company’s workforce swelled beyond 400 staff spread across the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
In her time at the business, Fowler has assembled a worldwide people function and bolstered SEON’s learning and development offering, supporting the recruitment and retention of professionals spanning engineering, product, sales, marketing and operations amid a phase of rapid growth. She was also responsible for shaping SEON’s core values and introducing the LOV-E (Living Our Values) initiative, designed to weave those principles into everyday working practices in every region.
Prior to arriving at SEON, Fowler occupied senior HR and people positions at Beyond Identity, Silverline, Citi and Lehman Brothers. Her qualifications include a certificate in HR Studies from Cornell University’s ILR School.
