Hopae and IDENTT bring eID to AML onboarding

Hopae

Hopae has joined forces with IDENTT, an identity verification specialist with a strong foothold in the Polish market, to bring government-backed eID verification into AML-compliant onboarding workflows.

The partnership connects IDENTT’s AML onboarding capabilities and eIDAS 2.0 compliance with Hopae Connect, a platform providing access to national eID schemes and digital identity wallets across global markets. The arrangement creates a single integration layer through which IDENTT clients can access eID verification for cross-border onboarding journeys.

IDENTT brings extensive market knowledge, AML expertise, and an established client base in Poland, alongside operations spanning several other European markets. The company’s IDENTT Vision offering encompasses AI-powered document verification, biometric face comparison, liveness detection, and screening for politically exposed persons (PEPs) and sanctioned individuals. Hopae contributes the interoperability infrastructure that connects national eID schemes and digital identity wallets around the world.

Beyond the immediate integration, the partnership opens the door for IDENTT to pursue international expansion over time, drawing on Hopae’s global eID coverage as it seeks opportunities in new markets.

The deal forms part of a wider push by Hopae to build out its partner network as it deepens its presence across Europe.
