Fast-growing payments and digital asset firms are increasingly finding that legacy compliance systems, built around static checklists and developer-dependent workflows, cannot keep pace with high-volume transaction environments.
KYCP has positioned its platform as a response to this gap, offering a real-time client lifecycle management system designed to unify data, screening outcomes and compliance workflows under a single risk-orchestration layer.
At the centre of the offering is a rules-based risk scoring module that recalculates a customer’s risk profile the moment new data arrives, whether that information is entered manually, pulled via API or submitted through customer outreach. KYCP said its approach relies on more than 15 pre-configured algorithms rather than opaque machine learning models, a choice intended to keep scoring explainable and auditable for regulators.
The platform’s no-code Configuration Studio is designed to let compliance teams, rather than developers, adjust onboarding journeys, document checklists and workflow logic on demand. Lower-risk clients can be routed through simplified, straight-through processing, while higher-risk profiles are automatically escalated to enhanced due diligence. KYCP also supports version-controlled compliance programmes across multiple jurisdictions within a single instance, addressing a common pain point for firms operating across borders.
Manual document chasing is addressed through KYCP’s Customer Outreach Tool, a secure, MFA-protected portal that allows counterparties to review and self-validate pre-filled onboarding data. Document checklists update dynamically as forms are completed or risk scores shift, with case statuses advancing automatically once responses are received.
The company is also emphasising “perpetual KYC,” shifting compliance away from periodic reviews towards continuous monitoring. Event-driven triggers prompt reassessment when key customer attributes change, while integrations with screening providers support ongoing PEP, sanctions and adverse media checks. Bulk remediation tools allow firms to run large-scale re-ratings and outreach campaigns with progress tracked in an immutable log.
For audit purposes, KYCP generates regulator-ready evidence packs on demand and maintains a tamper-proof audit trail capturing every change across a case’s lifecycle, including the rules in force at the time a decision was made. The platform is available as single-tenant SaaS, hosted on Microsoft Azure, or as an on-premises deployment, with a REST-native API for integration into existing CRM, banking and identity verification systems.
