RiskSmart has entered into a strategic partnership with The Evolution Group Ltd (TEG), a transformation, advisory, and delivery specialist, aiming to help organisations manage regulatory pressure and complex change more effectively.
The collaboration brings together RiskSmart’s risk, compliance, and governance technology with TEG’s advisory, transformation, and delivery expertise, creating what the companies describe as a fully integrated offering that unites strategy, execution, and oversight.
The partnership stems from a shared concern that risk and governance functions are frequently sidelined during transformation programmes.
According to the companies, risk teams are often brought in too late and forced to react rather than operate proactively, while governance and risk considerations are frequently disconnected from delivery. This disconnect, the firms say, leads to duplicated effort, higher costs, delays from late-emerging compliance issues, and missed opportunities for earlier, better-informed decisions.
The companies note that mid-market organisations in particular have struggled to achieve integration of this kind, often having to coordinate separate technology platforms, compliance advisers, and delivery partners independently, absorbing the cost and administrative burden that results. By combining their respective capabilities, RiskSmart and TEG say they can offer a single, cohesive service spanning risk technology, compliance expertise, and transformation delivery, reducing this burden for clients.
