Zeidler Group has entered a strategic partnership with CACEIS via the CACEIS Connect Store, a digital marketplace that brings together FinTech and RegTech solutions tailored to the asset management industry.
The partnership allows CACEIS clients to access three of Zeidler Group’s flagship digital legal services: the Global Knowledge Hub, the Marketing Material Review (MMR) Tool, and Zeidler Due Diligence (ZDD).
The collaboration is part of Zeidler Group’s broader goal to support asset managers with scalable, technology-driven legal solutions that meet the complex regulatory demands of cross-border fund distribution. This integration allows asset managers using the CACEIS platform to improve compliance workflows while enhancing operational efficiency.
The Global Knowledge Hub (GKH) is Zeidler’s regulatory intelligence platform, providing legal commentary and guidance across more than 80 jurisdictions. Developed and continuously updated by a team of investment fund lawyers and regulatory experts, the platform assists compliance teams in managing global regulations affecting UCITS and AIFs.
Zeidler’s Marketing Material Review (MMR) Tool uses intelligent automation to review fund documents against global regulatory standards, including ESMA guidelines and the SEC Marketing Rule. The tool integrates directly with existing workflows, aiming to cut manual review time and ensure up-to-date compliance.
The Zeidler Due Diligence (ZDD) platform is designed to streamline and standardise due diligence for asset managers and distributors. It offers automated DDQ completion, secure document exchange, and audit-ready records, helping clients maintain a consistent and transparent due diligence process.
Clients who access Zeidler’s tools through the CACEIS Connect Marketplace benefit from a streamlined experience, including single sign-on (SSO) integration and real-time access to Zeidler’s legal and regulatory teams. The interface supports workflow tracking, collaboration, and document management within a secure environment.
