New Comply360 platform by Achilles boosts ESG reporting efficiency

Achilles has launched a new enterprise software solution, Comply360, aimed at transforming how organisations manage their sustainability reporting and compliance obligations.

The introduction of Comply360 comes in response to mounting regulatory and stakeholder pressures on businesses to deliver accurate, transparent, and consistent non-financial disclosures. Achilles developed the platform to help enterprises navigate the increasingly complex landscape of environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting, where manual and fragmented processes are no longer sustainable.

Founded to support companies in managing third-party risk, Achilles specialises in supplier due diligence, carbon accounting, and performance benchmarking. Its platforms are widely used across regulated industries and sectors with complex supply chains, helping organisations monitor compliance, improve supplier engagement, and reduce environmental impact.

Comply360 offers a comprehensive, configurable platform that brings together data collection, automated reporting, project management, and framework alignment. It is designed with audit-readiness in mind, making it easier for companies to meet emerging requirements under regulatory frameworks such as CSRD, IFRS, and GRI. It also allows for sector-specific or investor-driven customisation.

The software integrates seamlessly with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, third-party tools, and Achilles’ own Carbon Accounting and Supply Chain 360 platforms. It uses AI developed by Achilles’ in-house division, InfoControl, to extract data from internal documents and pre-fill structured and narrative disclosures with high accuracy.

Additional features include a built-in carbon estimator powered by internationally recognised GHG Emission Factors, enabling precise calculations of carbon emissions based on real operational data. Functionality can be expanded further with the addition of Achilles Carbon Reporting.

Users can delegate reporting responsibilities across departments using granular task assignments and monitor progress through real-time dashboards. The collaboration tools enhance accountability while offering clear visibility across the entire reporting lifecycle.

Achilles said the platform is already available in 10 languages and can be configured based on an organisation’s materiality assessment and reporting roadmap.

Achilles vice president of product and insights Mark Chamberlain said, “Sustainability reporting is no longer optional for many organisations, but it remains a resource-heavy, fragmented process.” He added, “Comply360 puts Achilles rigour and cutting-edge AI-enabled automation at the heart of ESG reporting. It helps organisations demonstrate due diligence, meet regulatory requirements, and maintain stakeholder trust – more efficiently and effectively.”

Earlier this year, Achilles, a provider of supply chain risk and performance management solutions, has launched a product named Achilles Analytics.

According to ESG Today, this innovative tool is designed to assist companies in navigating the increasingly stringent regulatory landscape surrounding supply chain sustainability.

The impetus behind the development of Achilles Analytics is the growing need for rigorous, transparent reporting mechanisms that align with global sustainability standards. As companies face heightened scrutiny over their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts, Achilles has responded with a solution that streamlines the management and reporting of validated supplier data.
