SandboxAQ, a leader in enterprise quantitative AI, has successfully completed its Series E funding round, raising over $450m.
This substantial financial injection highlights the growing investor confidence in the company’s advanced capabilities in Large Quantitative Models (LQMs) and its visionary approach to integrating AI in solving complex quantitative and scientific challenges.
This latest funding round saw significant contributions from high-profile investors including Ray Dalio, Horizon Kinetics, BNP Paribas, Google, and NVIDIA. These investors join an already impressive list of backers such as Breyer Capital, Eric Schmidt, and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., bolstering SandboxAQ’s prospects in AI and quantum technology development.
At its core, SandboxAQ specializes in leveraging AI to address critical problems across a spectrum of industries including biopharma, chemistry, materials science, cybersecurity, and financial services. Its quantum AI platforms are at the forefront of transforming how enterprises understand and utilize data for scientific advancement.
The funds from this Series E round are earmarked for further advancing SandboxAQ’s quantitative AI platforms. This investment will allow the company to enhance its technologies and expand its influence across various sectors, reinforcing its role at the cutting edge of quantum and AI technologies.
Since its spinoff from Alphabet in 2022, SandboxAQ has raised a total of over $950m. This funding underscores the tech community’s robust belief in SandboxAQ’s potential to pioneer new scientific landscapes through AI.
