Unisphere NZ partners with M-Files to transform digital workflows and boost productivity

May 06, 2025

Unisphere Solutions New Zealand (Unisphere NZ) has joined the M-Files Partner Program in a strategic move to drive digital transformation for businesses and improve operational productivity.

The collaboration brings together Unisphere NZ’s experience in business information management and process optimisation with M-Files’s advanced capabilities in document management and knowledge work automation.

The M-Files Partner Program supports a global network of Strategic Alliances, Global Systems Integrators, and Premier and Authorised Partners. It enables organisations to offer industry-specific solutions built on M-Files’s metadata-driven architecture, embedded workflows, and artificial intelligence. This partnership will allow Unisphere NZ to deliver more sophisticated and scalable solutions for clients seeking to modernise how they manage and access information.

M-Files senior manager – partner sales, APAC, Chris Smith, said, “Unisphere NZ is revolutionising business information management. Its expertise in optimising business processes aligns perfectly with M-Files’s vision to transform knowledge work through intelligent automation. This new collaboration marks a turning point in how businesses leverage technology to drive growth, streamline operations, and transform how organisations work in a digital age. Combining Unisphere NZ and M-Files’s respective strengths gives businesses a powerful solution to enhance productivity and navigate the digital age more effectively.”

Unisphere NZ managing director James Dickinson said, “Unisphere NZ is dedicated to helping businesses thrive through smart technology solutions. For so long, businesses have been document-centric and, as they digitise, they need to bridge the gap in systems and processes from documents to data. M-Files is the ideal solution for Unisphere NZ to support how businesses work now and into the increasingly digitised future.

“Being part of the M-Files Partner Program will let Unisphere NZ’s clients streamline operations, enhance security, and achieve truly intelligent information management. Together, Unisphere NZ and M-Files are providing the clarity and confidence businesses need to unlock their full potential by incorporating incredible collaboration, automation, workflow, and search for both data and documents into a unified business platform.”

By joining the Partner Program, Unisphere NZ will gain access to exclusive M-Files resources including advanced technology tools, dedicated training, and ongoing support. This will help the firm scale its offerings, deliver enhanced business outcomes, and provide clients with intelligent information management that boosts efficiency, security, and collaboration.

The M-Files platform provides a centralised and comprehensive view of data across disparate systems, giving knowledge workers better visibility and access. Its automation capabilities—from document creation to workflow and external collaboration—enable faster processing, improved compliance, and reduced business risk.
