SmartSearch has partnered with T-Tech, a tech consultancy and automation specialist serving the accountancy sector, to enhance compliance efficiency through automation.
The collaboration aims to simplify AML compliance for accountancy firms by embedding SmartSearch’s verification tools into T-Tech’s intelligent automation platform, Practice Gateway. This integration will create an end-to-end digital onboarding experience that removes manual processes, accelerates client verification, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements without interrupting day-to-day workflows.
SmartSearch delivers industry-leading electronic AML verification capabilities through its triple-bureau solution, powered by Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. Its technology enables firms to conduct instant identity and AML checks, offering up to 97% pass rates. T-Tech, meanwhile, specialises in providing IT and automation solutions for professional services firms, helping accountants digitise operations and improve client experience through platforms such as Practice Gateway.
Through this partnership, users of Practice Gateway will gain access to SmartSearch’s automated verification tools directly within the platform. This allows accountancy firms to carry out AML checks in seconds, stay audit-ready, and meet the latest compliance standards with greater confidence and efficiency.
