CUBE has announced a partnership with enterprise AI platform ServiceNow, embedding its regulatory intelligence capabilities directly into ServiceNow’s integrated risk management product.
The collaboration includes the launch of a certified connector, available through the ServiceNow Store, which links CUBE’s RegPlatform directly into ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
The integration allows compliance, risk and legal teams in heavily regulated sectors, including financial services, to receive real-time regulatory updates and obligations, shifting their approach from reactive compliance to proactive regulatory readiness. The partnership has been backed by executive leadership on both sides, with a joint go-to-market and product strategy underpinning the arrangement.
Looking ahead, the partnership is expected to bring select CUBE AI regulatory agents into the ServiceNow AI Control Tower, enabling greater automation for organisations using both platforms in tandem.
CUBE is a London-headquartered RegTech firm specialising in automated regulatory intelligence and regulatory change management. The company currently serves more than 1,000 clients across 20 countries and has grown significantly through strategic acquisitions and product development in recent years.
The tie-up with ServiceNow marks another milestone in CUBE’s broader expansion strategy, reinforcing what the company describes as its position as a leading global RegTech provider.
CUBE founder and CEO Ben Richmond said, “As regulatory complexity continues to grow, organisations need intelligence that works inside their existing platforms. Our partnership with ServiceNow extends CUBE’s mission to make regulatory change automated, actionable and embedded across the enterprise. Together with ServiceNow, we’re enabling firms to move faster, act earlier and manage compliance and risk at scale with far greater confidence.”
ServiceNow group vice president and general manager of risk Vasant Balasubramanian said, “Regulatory change shouldn’t require manual tracking and endless coordination – it needs intelligent automation. By embedding CUBE’s intelligence into ServiceNow IRM, our AI agents can assess regulatory impact, trigger risk workflows, and orchestrate responses across the business. This gives risk and compliance leaders the ability to stay ahead of regulations and turn compliance obligations into competitive advantage.”
