Equals, the global money movement platform built for modern businesses, has appointed Aiimi, a specialist in AI-powered workplace solutions, to strengthen the way it manages data subject access requests (DSARs) under UK GDPR.
The partnership will see Aiimi’s Workplace AI platform deployed to support Equals’ Data Protection Officer and IT department, helping the business respond to DSARs consistently and within the statutory one-month deadline, while reducing risk and reinforcing regulatory compliance.
By adopting Aiimi’s technology, Equals is aiming to stay ahead of tightening regulatory expectations and reinforce its approach to responsible data stewardship. The AI-driven automation is expected to speed up DSAR turnaround times while maintaining accuracy, freeing the data protection team to concentrate on higher-value work that requires human oversight.
As part of the arrangement, Equals will use Aiimi’s newly launched SaaS deployment model, with the tool hosted in a secure cloud environment. The platform’s wider capabilities include automated redaction of third-party data at scale, detection and removal of duplicate content, the threading of information across email chains, two-way communication tools for engaging directly with data subjects, and a full audit log to evidence compliance.
