Kaizen, the regulatory reporting assurance specialist, has named Rob Bernstein as its new chief financial officer, a hire designed to underpin the business as it enters a fresh stage of expansion.
Bernstein moves to Kaizen from SteelEye, where he held the CFO role from 2020. He carries over 15 years of senior financial leadership experience gained across fast-growing technology and RegTech companies, having previously served as CFO at both RegTek Solutions and TIM Group.
The hire lands shortly after Kaizen brought in Sam North as chief product officer the week before, adding further depth to the leadership team as the company builds out its regulatory reporting assurance platform and wider operations.
Across his career, Bernstein has guided expanding technology firms through periods of rapid growth, developing skills spanning financial strategy, commercial delivery and the construction of finance functions built to support ambitious scale-up plans.
