Hopae and Technology Control Company (TCC) have signed a partnership agreement to accelerate the adoption of global electronic identities (eIDs) across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The deal was signed at the TCC pavilion during LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, the Kingdom’s flagship technology event. Under the agreement, TCC will roll out Hopae Connect, Hopae’s global eID verification hub, to government entities and enterprises across Saudi Arabia. The hub links more than 70 government-issued eIDs and digital identity wallets through a single, compliant API, giving organisations in the Kingdom the ability to verify visitors using the trusted digital identity of their home country in place of traditional document checks.
Beyond the rollout of Hopae Connect, the partnership covers joint training and solution workshops between the two companies, along with the co-development of use cases built specifically for the Saudi market. It also sets out a route for the resulting solutions to reach customers through TCC’s existing network across the Kingdom.
Hopae builds the infrastructure that underpins global digital identity verification, connecting government-issued eIDs and digital wallets from around the world into a single system that organisations can plug into. TCC brings deep expertise in identity management and secure digital solutions within Saudi Arabia, along with an established customer base spanning government and enterprise clients in the Kingdom.
Saudi Arabia attracts visitors from across the globe for business, work, tourism and pilgrimage, and digital identity underpins every service made available to them. The partnership is designed to let the Kingdom verify and accept digital identities from around the world while keeping its own national identity infrastructure fully sovereign.
It also extends Hopae’s partner network, which already spans leading identity verification and trust service providers across North America and Europe, into the Middle East for the first time.
