Sift, the AI-powered fraud prevention platform, has unveiled its Fall ’25 release featuring a series of upgrades designed to enhance fraud investigation and risk decisioning amid a rise in digital fraud attacks.
The updates include pre-built workflows, enhanced policy abuse detection, and expanded investigation tools to streamline fraud management and improve operational efficiency.
The new features aim to help Sift customers deploy fraud protection more rapidly, evaluate risk with greater precision, and reduce operational workloads.
Among the highlights of the release are the Pre-Built Workflow Templates, which provide instant access to expert-designed fraud prevention strategies tailored for specific industries. Delivered through Sift’s award-winning interface, these templates are expected to cut the time needed to implement fraud solutions and ease the burden on fraud teams, leading to faster time-to-value and greater accuracy.
The update also introduces specialised tools to tackle incentive abuse, a growing threat involving loyalty programme exploitation, promotional fraud, and fake referral schemes. By applying sophisticated policy rules to detect abuse before transactions occur, the solution allows businesses to block first-party fraud and prevent fake account creation.
Sift has further expanded its investigative capabilities with three major upgrades designed to provide deeper insights into suspicious activity. The Global Identity Search Filters allow fraud teams to uncover linked accounts across Sift’s extensive data network, while the ATO Overview Dashboard offers detailed reporting on account takeover attempts, including insights into logins via two-factor authentication and notifications. Additionally, the Historical Chargeback Import feature enables fraud teams to import and analyse past chargeback data to refine AI-driven risk models over time.
Sift chief product and technology officer Raviv Levi said, “The Fall ‘25 release lets fraud teams deploy protection workflows in minutes, detect policy abuse before it impacts revenue, and investigate suspicious accounts with smarter, more intuitive tools designed for increasingly complex risk. We’re giving Sift customers more power to make better fraud decisions faster, cut spend, and protect revenue while also enhancing the consumer experience.”
