Cybersecurity firm Filigran raises $58m Series C

Filigran, a cybersecurity firm known for its AI-driven threat intelligence and risk management platforms, has raised $58m in Series C funding.

The latest round was backed by Eurazeo, Insight Partners, Accel, and Deutsche Telekom’s T.Capital, marking a significant milestone in Filigran’s three-year journey from a small start-up to a 200-strong global team.

Filigran specialises in helping security teams and their communities stay ahead of cyber threats through what it calls extended threat management (XTM). Its suite of solutions, powered by agentic AI, is designed to operationalise threat intelligence and transform cybersecurity practices into proactive, data-driven processes.

The newly secured capital will enable Filigran to accelerate its product roadmap, strengthen research and development, and expand its footprint into new global markets.

The company is particularly focused on launching its third product, OpenGRC, an open-source platform for threat-informed cyber risk management. This tool redefines traditional compliance practices by converting static metrics into dynamic, actionable insights, helping CISOs and risk managers make more informed investment decisions.

The funding will also support the development of XTM One, Filigran’s agentic AI platform that integrates its entire XTM suite. XTM One leverages autonomous AI agents—such as threat intelligence and SOC analysts—to process cross-product data and deliver deeper, faster insights.

Filigran is expanding its operations globally, opening new subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia and Japan, tripling its team in the United States, and scaling its presence across the DACH region to strengthen support for European organisations.
