How ImageX drives automation with M-Files AI

How ImageX drives automation with M-Files AI

For more than a decade, United States-based ImageX has been a M-Files partner, providing businesses across industries with innovative information management solutions.

Principal solutions architect Daniel Ma explained that the company joined M-Files 11 years ago after recognising the platform as “a true industry disruptor” perfectly aligned with ImageX’s mission to help organisations manage information smarter.

According to Ma, the collaboration has delivered tremendous value over the years. He noted that M-Files’ flexible, metadata-driven platform allows businesses to address real-world document management challenges without being forced into “rigid structures or massive migrations,” enabling smoother adoption across industries such as commercial real estate, financial services, healthcare, logistics, and government.

ImageX would “absolutely recommend” the M-Files Partner Program to others, Ma said, citing the strong support, collaboration, and resources that have helped the company expand its capabilities and deliver measurable results for clients.

One of ImageX’s main differentiators is its team of certified M-Files professionals, supported by an in-house team deeply familiar with client environments. The company also provides tailored onboarding tools, ensuring organisations not only implement new technology but also adopt smarter, scalable ways of working.

When asked what he values most about M-Files, Ma highlighted its intelligence and adaptability. He explained that the platform avoids a “rip-and-replace” approach, integrates seamlessly with tools like Microsoft 365, and now features cutting-edge capabilities such as agentic AI and compliance tools. “It’s a platform we trust, and one we’re proud to represent,” Ma added.
