TeamSystem has partnered with Trustfull to strengthen merchant risk assessments for TS Pay, TeamSystem’s digital payment platform.
The partnership aims to improve the speed, accuracy and confidence of the onboarding process for businesses applying to use TS Pay. In particular, the collaboration will benefit small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which often face challenges with traditional risk models that may overlook early warning signs of fraud or financial risk.
TeamSystem offers a comprehensive suite of digital business management tools, including TS Pay, an end-to-end digital payment solution that allows businesses to collect payments, reconcile invoices, and automate financial workflows. TS Pay integrates fully with TeamSystem’s management software and supports a wide range of payment methods, such as cards, bank transfers, direct debits, and digital wallets, to help businesses across sectors simplify cash flow management.
Trustfull specialises in real-time fraud prevention and digital risk assessments. Its platform performs hundreds of silent checks on digital signals such as phone numbers, email addresses and web domains, generating instant risk scores. This technology enables businesses to detect fraudulent applications quickly, without disrupting genuine customers during onboarding.
Through this integration, TeamSystem will leverage Trustfull’s capabilities to conduct real-time digital risk assessments during the TS Pay merchant onboarding process. The technology will help identify potentially fraudulent applications swiftly while ensuring that legitimate businesses experience minimal friction when signing up.
Trustfull sales director Italy Paolo Mardegan said, “Legacy fraud tools often miss early warning signs, especially when it comes to SMBs or newly registered businesses. We’re proud to partner with TeamSystem to bring our real-time digital risk assessments to TS Pay, enabling faster onboarding and smarter decision-making without compromising user experience.”
