AiPrise launches Website Agent 2.0 for compliance

AiPrise

AiPrise, a compliance and risk technology firm, has unveiled Website Agent 2.0, a significant upgrade to its existing website review product that moves beyond data extraction to deliver automated risk verdicts.

Rather than simply pulling information from a site and passing it to a human reviewer, the new version analyses what a business is claiming on its website and cross-references those claims against external signals before issuing one of three decisions: Approve, Review, or Reject.

The platform introduces three core capabilities. The first is a Risk Intelligence Layer, which assesses a website’s intent, checks its online reputation, social presence and domain history, and applies fraud pattern detection — flagging issues such as unrealistic pricing, templated content, brand inconsistencies and missing company information. The reasoning is also industry-aware, meaning the significance of a missing legal entity name, for example, is weighed differently depending on whether the site is a personal blog or a cross-border e-commerce operation.

The second capability is a SOP-Based Policy Engine, which allows compliance teams to configure their own prohibited and high-risk industry lists, enabling the tool to handle straightforward cases without requiring analyst input.

The third and most significant addition is Related Entity Intelligence, which identifies domains sharing infrastructure with the site under review — including shared templates, copied content, hosting patterns and reverse image matches — allowing teams to identify clusters of connected sites rather than assessing each in isolation.

AiPrise notes that fraud operators frequently launch networks of sites rather than individual storefronts. In one example cited by the company, what initially appeared to be a standalone merchant site was found to be part of a broader connected network, identified through shared templates, duplicated content and image overlap.

The company says the product is particularly relevant for FinTech and crypto businesses, where fraudulent operators are increasingly building to pass surface-level compliance checks. Website Agent 2.0 is positioned as a way to automate the reasoning experienced analysts already apply, reducing review time from minutes to seconds on clear-cut cases while freeing human reviewers to focus on more complex decisions.
