Compliance teams drowning in repetitive administrative tasks have been handed a productivity lifeline, as KYCP has unveiled a significant enhancement to its notifications engine in version 2.1.6 of its platform.
The update, detailed by KYCP, introduces a Bulk Complete action that allows users to close out multiple notifications simultaneously, replacing a process that previously demanded each item be marked off one by one, even when several notifications stemmed from the same task or activity.
At the heart of the KYCP platform sits its notifications engine, which operates as an automated task management system. The engine alerts teams in real time to critical events across the client lifecycle, including document expiries, screening hits, and changes to risk scores. By centralising every item that requires human attention, it enables users to assign, lock, and track actions through to completion, ensuring firms maintain immediate awareness of their risk exposure at all times.
Until now, notifications had to be marked as completed individually, even when multiple alerts related to the same underlying task or activity. Version 2.1.6 changes that with the introduction of the Bulk Complete action. Users can now select multiple notifications and mark them as completed in a single step.
