ZIGRAM partners with Q2 Technologies in Indonesia

ZIGRAM, a global RegTech firm specialising in anti-money laundering, fraud monitoring and financial crime compliance solutions, has formed a strategic partnership with Q2 Technologies, a financial crime compliance and cybersecurity solutions provider operating across Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asia region.

Under the terms of the agreement, Q2 Technologies will act as ZIGRAM’s Authorized Partner in Indonesia, supporting clients throughout the entire compliance lifecycle. The tie-up brings together ZIGRAM’s RegTech Stack along with its data and intelligence tools and Q2 Technologies’ knowledge of the local market, delivery capacity and existing footprint in the country. As a result of the deal, Indonesian financial institutions will be able to access ZIGRAM’s Complete AML System with the backing of on-the-ground expertise and support.

The collaboration comes as financial scams continue to escalate in Indonesia, intensifying pressure on institutions to strengthen fraud monitoring and compliance controls. Figures from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) show that the Indonesia Anti-Scam Centre (IASC) had logged 608,167 reports by 30 June 2026, since its launch in November 2024. More than one million accounts, specifically 1,085,607, had been flagged, with 557,751 of these subsequently blocked, while IDR 674.1 billion belonging to victims had been recovered.

The agreement represents a further step in ZIGRAM’s ongoing expansion across Southeast Asia, with Indonesia positioned as a central pillar of its regional growth plans. Through the partnership, financial institutions in the country will be able to draw on capabilities spanning customer and name screening, transaction monitoring, entity risk assessment and wider financial crime compliance functions.

ZIGRAM is a regulatory technology company focused on anti-money laundering, financial crime compliance and emerging risk management. It provides a proprietary set of risk and compliance tools, including the AML RegTech Stack and the Complete AML System, which together underpin its Risk Application Ecosystem.

Built to be cloud-native, self-serve and low-friction, the company’s applications are structured for flexible bundling to meet a wide range of risk and compliance requirements, covering more than 40 use cases such as fraud prevention, anti-bribery compliance, supply chain risk and third-party risk management.

ZIGRAM CEO and co-founder Abhishek Bali said, “Indonesia is a strategic market for ZIGRAM and an important part of our expansion across Southeast Asia. Through our partnership with Q2 Technologies, we are combining our RegTech and financial crime compliance capabilities with strong local market expertise to help banks, insurance companies, fintechs and other financial institutions navigate evolving compliance requirements more effectively. Together, we aim to provide solutions that support institutions in managing compliance with greater confidence and efficiency, while addressing the needs of the local regulatory landscape.”

Q2 Technologies head of Financial Crime Compliance Zulfadli Zizar said, “We see a significant opportunity to transform how financial institutions in Indonesia approach AML, fraud monitoring and financial crime compliance. Together with ZIGRAM, we bring an integrated solution that supports the complete compliance lifecycle at a price point aligned with the realities of the Indonesian market. We are excited to bring a more connected approach that brings technology, data and expertise together in one ecosystem.”
