authID has announced a new strategic partnership with cybersecurity services firm TechDemocracy to support widespread adoption of passwordless identity solutions across enterprise environments.
The collaboration aims to accelerate the deployment of biometric authentication for both workforce and customer access, bolstered by TechDemocracy’s two decades of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Under the agreement, TechDemocracy will become an integration services partner and certify 25 professionals in the deployment and support of authID’s identity proofing and biometric verification solutions. These include its Proof, Verified, and PrivacyKey™ offerings, which deliver high-speed verification and a one-in-a-billion false match rate—without storing any biometric data, thereby enhancing privacy and regulatory compliance.
TechDemocracy SVP of cybersecurity and emerging technologies Viresh Garg said, “Passwordless authentication is more than a trend—it’s a transformational shift. By partnering with authID, we’re helping enterprises embrace secure, frictionless access experiences through identity proofing, all while bringing the speed, structure, and advisory depth customers expect from us.”
In addition to training, TechDemocracy will develop QuickStart accelerators to integrate authID’s capabilities into IAM platforms. These accelerators are designed to reduce deployment times and simplify the integration of secure, low-friction authentication flows across workforce and customer identity journeys.

As part of the partnership, the two firms will jointly publish white papers, host webinars, and organise roadshows to support enterprise decision-makers in adopting biometric-first authentication strategies. Additionally, TechDemocracy will run complimentary one-day workshops led by its Field CISO team to help organisations assess their existing IAM environments and explore biometric authentication options.
