Zeidler Group, a technology-driven law firm and regulatory compliance services provider serving the asset management industry, has appointed Serena Goldberg as chief commercial officer (CCO) of the group and partner at Zeidler Law.
Goldberg will take responsibility for leading the firm’s commercial strategy and growth agenda, with a focus on aligning Zeidler’s legal, regulatory and technology-driven services with the shifting demands of the asset management sector. A central part of her remit will be advancing the development of scalable, client-focused solutions and deepening the connection between the firm’s legal capabilities and its growing technology and product portfolio.
Goldberg first joined Zeidler Group in 2022 and has since played a significant part in the development and delivery of the firm’s products and services. Prior to her promotion, she held the position of executive vice president of product and services, where she helped to shape and scale a number of the firm’s core offerings.
The appointment forms part of a wider leadership evolution at the firm as Zeidler continues to build out its integrated legal, regulatory and operational offering. Over the past year, the business has made several strategic hires across key practice and service areas, including Mathilde Stich as head of due diligence, Shalu Sura and Josef El Semari as co-heads of the regulatory services division, Jeet Doshi as head of reporting, and Tara Dutta as managing senior associate.
