AROBS and Thot IT Solutions have announced a strategic partnership to bring an integrated DORA-as-a-Service solution to financial institutions across Europe.
The collaboration centres on Thot IT Solutions’ RegCover platform, which AROBS will support through implementation, integration, customisation, and ongoing operational services. The joint offering is designed to help financial institutions meet the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), which came into full enforcement across the EU in January 2025 and applies to around 22,000 financial entities — spanning banks, insurers, investment firms, payment institutions, crypto-asset service providers, and EU branches of non-European institutions.
RegCover has been built around DORA’s five pillars and moves away from static document management in favour of real-time compliance monitoring and operational workflows. The platform allows institutions to continuously oversee compliance obligations, supplier relationships, remediation actions, and governance processes in an audit-ready environment.
AROBS brings considerable depth in financial services technology to the arrangement. The group has worked across core banking, digital onboarding, regulatory reporting, risk management, and enterprise software for clients in Central and Eastern Europe, the Benelux region, and the UK. Its involvement is intended to ensure that RegCover deployments are fully embedded within each client’s existing infrastructure and governance structure.
The partnership was publicly unveiled at Money 20/20 Amsterdam, one of Europe’s most prominent gatherings for financial services and FinTech.
